Ihtiman Motel Center is located 43 km away from Sofia in the middle of two major land frontiers – Kalotina and Kapitan Andreevo. Situated on one of the busiest thoroughfares in Bulgaria i.e. Trakia Autobahn. It is part of international transport corridor number ²V and number Õ to the Near East and the Black Sea ports as well as corridor number V²²².
